Shipping Policy

At Blba, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee (e.g., ₹49–₹99) may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may carry an additional charge.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests delivery again.

7. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, Blba is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

  • In case of non-delivery or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@blba.in with order details and photos/videos of the parcel.

  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
