We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.)
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee (e.g., ₹49–₹99) may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may carry an additional charge.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests delivery again.
While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, Blba is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
In case of non-delivery or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@blba.in with order details and photos/videos of the parcel.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
