Cancellation & Refund

At Blba, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@blba.in with your order details.

    • If the order is cancelled within this period, a full refund will be initiated.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • The product is defective/damaged/wrong item received.

    • The requested exchange item is out of stock.

    • The order was cancelled by Blba due to unforeseen reasons.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

    • Sale/discounted items, accessories, and customized products.

    • Customer refused delivery for reasons other than product defect.


3. Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund request, email us at support@blba.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for refund

    • Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit after collecting bank details.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@blba.in.
