Exchange Request

At Blba (www.blba.in), we want you to love what you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make the exchange process smooth and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoices.

  3. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  4. Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during sale/discount/offers.

  • Accessories, innerwear, or customized products.

  • Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

  1. To raise an exchange request, please email us at support@blba.in within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Product(s) you wish to exchange

    • Reason for exchange

  2. Once your request is approved, our team will share the return shipping details.

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. (In case of defective/damaged product received, return shipping will be covered by us).

  4. After inspection, we will dispatch the exchanged product within 5-7 business days.

Conditions

  • Exchange is valid only for size or color change, not for changing the product category.

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.

  • If the replacement product is of lower value, the balance will be credited as a Blba Gift Voucher/Store Credit.
